We are so grateful for the energy, presence, and heart you bring to our studio and online. And we will continue to offer our virtual options to help you get into more classes as our classes continue to fill or when you're traveling.

When you sign up for a "Virtual via Zoom" class, you will receive an email with a "JOIN VIRTUAL SERVICE" button for the live class. Click the button a few minutes before class starts to join.
After the live class, you will receive another email with a "WATCH SESSION" button to access the recording within 24 hours. Enjoy!
