Class Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation window is 2 hours for all classes.
We are so grateful for the energy, presence, and heart you bring to our studio. As our classes continue to fill with beautiful community energy, we want to gently remind you of our cancellation policy.
If you’re unable to make it to class, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before the class start time.
ALL late cancellations (less than 2 hours before class) and no-shows will incur a $15 late cancellation fee in addition to the class being deducted for drop-ins and class passes.
If you no longer wish to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist before being promoted or cancel your spot more than 2 hours before class begins.

All passes are good for 6 months from date of purchase.
Class Passes may be shared with one other person only.
Seniors 60+, Veterans, Active Military and Students must show valid ID.
All major credit cards and local checks accepted, sorry we do not accept cash. All sales are final.
There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers on any classes, workshops, series.
New Waitlist Feature for Classes Starts April 1, 2026
We’re excited to introduce our automatic waitlist for full classes. This new feature makes it easier for clients to get into class when spots open up.
Joining the Waitlist
When a class is full, the “Book Now” button will change to “Waitlist.” Simply click Waitlist to join. Up to 10 clients can join the waitlist for each class.
If someone cancels their spot, the system will automatically promote the next person on the waitlist into the class in the order they joined and send a confirmation email. Promotion can happen any time up to 2 hours before the class start time.
Only join the waitlist if you plan to attend class, as you will be automatically added to the roster if a spot opens.
If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist more than 2 hours before class begins to avoid a fee if you do not show or late cancel after being automatically promoted into class.
If you have a membership or class pass, it will automatically be applied when you are promoted into class.
If you do not have a pass available, the drop-in rate will be charged automatically to the card on file.
Once you are promoted from the waitlist into class, our regular cancellation policy applies.
