Amy Littlefield
Amy took her first yoga class in 2006 and immediately fell in love. She began teaching yoga in 2008, wanting to share how a strong physical practice helped calm her busy mind. Since then she’s completed two 200-hour teacher trainings in power, vinyasa and hatha yoga, a 300-hour teacher training in hatha and tantra, her Pilates Mat I and II certifications, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training, and attended multiple workshops on the chakras. She’s attended yoga trainings and retreats around the world, fueling both her love of yoga and travel. From each place and teacher, she’s taken something unique, shaping her own style today. As an E-RYT 500 and a YACEP, she brings both experience and fun into her classes, encouraging students to tap into their own strength and be in the present moment.
